Which cafe in Devonport would this be most likely to happen?

Which cafe in Devonport would this be most likely to happen?

As we head into Christmas, The Speculator would like to survey its readers’ experiences of shopping in Devonport. It’s very quick; 7 multi-choice questions.

Your feedback will be completely confidential, and at this stage we will not publish any individual shop or service provider’s results. We will publish aggregated results however, and hope to identify the best three service providers in Devonport.

You can fill out the survey as often as you like, but please only do it once per shopping or service experience. Please do not ONLY report negative experiences; it’s Xmas, so let’s hear some good stories too!

You can also use the survey to represent your experience with any retailer, service provider, cafe or whatever, as long as they are Devonport-based. Assume the cut-off point for the Devonport area is King’s Stores.

We’ll leave the survey up until Xmas Eve, and then report on the results in the New Year.

All respondents go into the draw for chocs from Devonport Chocolates.

  1. DC says:

I love Ikes, Abigails, the fruit shop, Georgie Scarlett in the Old Post Office.

  2. Monkey Had a Bad Dream says:

Wallis is the only clothing store in the village I feel comfortable shopping in. The staff is friendly without being pushy and they’ve been genuinely helpful when trying to find a particular item. They always seem to have a nice selection of accessories and some are really unique like the silver spoon jewellery. I love having a place like this locally as opposed to having to go into town.

  3. GB says:

Did the survey, easy pesy!..Devonport is usually ‘too expensive’ their shops, but Ikes and the two for one deals at the Stone Oven after 2:45 are the best I reckon. lol

  4. John Gore says:

Glengary is the most important shop in the borough

  5. JL says:

Filled in the survey, but not sure it worked, as no ‘end’ or ‘submit’ button popped up.

Hi JL – the “Submit” button is right at the end; you’ll need to scroll the survey down using the scroll bar on the right. – Ed
