Stanley Bay School teachers, pupils and parents put on an impressive display of support for the Christchurch Earthquake Fund today, with pupils and teachers cloaked in the Canterbury colours of red and black.

Some teachers took the fundraising effort even further, by performing 100 star jumps to raise funds for the stricken city. Teachers Helen Pelham and Catherine Kelsey raised around $200 after performing the er, impressive feat at morning tea, as the kids cheered them on.
