The unmatcheable Goina Thedinga has again been out in Devonport, surveying the sea of red that, in our Xmas rush, we may have made the mistake of taking for granted.

    It’s been a exceptional year for pohuts- I can tell this from the unprecedented honey output from my bees, quite OTT.
    There’s a green pohut right outside St Leos School BTW, Goina.

    Should have tried to capture an image of the rare and elusive yellow Pohutukawa. There are few hiding in Devonport if you know where to look 🙂

    Thanks speculator for a year full of insights.The pohuts look wonderful , let’s hope no one a chainsaw under the Christmas tree and that council get their tree protectio plan changes sorted out.
