The Torpedo Bay Navy Museum welcomed their 100,000th visitor through the doors today; this happened today at 1pm, and 11 months to the day of the opening.

The 100,000th visitor was Mrs Evelyn Napier who is visiting the Museum as a birthday treat. It was already a special day for Mrs. Evelyn Napier of Northcote, who was celebrating her 81st birthday.  Having heard about it from her neighbour, Evelyn chose to visit Torpedo Bay for the Navy Museum and because she wanted a beautiful place to go for her birthday.  Being the Navy Museum’s 100,00th visitor was something she says she’ll remember for a long time.

Mrs Napier and her daughter received a $ 50.00 voucher to have lunch in the café.
